Shipping policy

We ship every order ourselves, by hand, from Charlotte, NC.

Each pair leaves in a printed mailer with a card inside. That part is on purpose.

Handling time. Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Founding-member volume in the first days after launch may add a little time. We would rather pack it right than pack it fast.

Tracking. You get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Follow it from there.

Rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $65 ship free, so every Five-Pack ships free.

Where we ship. United States to start. More to come.

Address. Check it before you check out. We ship to the address you give us, and a wrong one is hard to fix once a package is moving.
