Refund policy

We stand behind the build. If something is not right, we want to know.

Returns. Unworn, unused pairs in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn or washed cannot be returned.

How. Email hello@fivemore.io with your order number. We send return instructions. Pack the pairs the way they arrived.

Refunds. Once we receive and check the return, your refund goes back to the original payment method within a few business days. Original shipping is not refunded, and return shipping is on you unless the item arrived flawed or wrong.

Flawed or wrong. If a pair shows up defective, or we sent the wrong thing, that one is on us. We cover it and make it right.

The guarantee. If a pair lets you down, email hello@fivemore.io and tell us what happened. If we have it in stock, we replace it. If we do not, we refund you. We would rather keep the promise than the money.
